[DRAFT for legal review. Not final until approved by our lawyer.] ForeXperts AI Inc. ("we") runs Mission Control Trading. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your choices. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where they apply, the private-sector privacy laws of Alberta and British Columbia. 1. What we collect. - Account details: name, email, phone, city, password (stored only in scrambled form). - Booking details: tickets, attendee names, meal choice, allergies and accessibility needs you tell us about. - Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. - Signatures: your typed name, the date and time, and your IP address when you accept our Risk Warning, Terms and Refund Policy. - Class and app activity: check-in, quiz results, badges, certificate and demo flight log entries. - TradingView username, if you are a graduate and ask for indicator access. - Website use: essential cookies to run the site. Analytics cookies only if you accept them. 2. Why we use it. To sell and deliver your ticket, run check-in, prepare meals and accessibility support, issue receipts and certificates, give indicator access, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and meet tax and legal rules. 3. Marketing emails. We send marketing emails only if you tick the consent box. Every email has an unsubscribe link, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Booking, receipt and class reminder emails are not marketing. 4. Who we share it with. Only service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), our email provider, our website hosting provider and TradingView (indicator access). Venues and caterers get meal and allergy counts and, only where needed, allergy details for a named attendee. We do not sell your personal information. 5. Where it is stored. Some of our providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States. Your information may be accessed there under local law. 6. How long we keep it. Booking, payment and tax records for 6 years, as Canadian tax law requires. Other account data while your account is open and for up to 2 years after your last activity, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. 7. Security. Encrypted connections, scrambled passwords, two-step login for staff and limited staff access. 8. Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, from your student app or by contacting us. Some records must be kept for tax law. 9. Contact and complaints. Privacy Officer: [Name], [Privacy email], [Business address]. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Alberta or British Columbia Information and Privacy Commissioner.
