[DRAFT for legal review. Not final until approved by our lawyer.] These terms are an agreement between you and ForeXperts AI Inc. ("we", "us"), which runs Mission Control Trading. By buying a ticket or creating an account you agree to them. 1. Education only. Mission Control Trading teaches how markets work and how to plan trades and manage risk. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice. We do not tell you what to buy or sell, we do not manage money, and we are not a registered dealer or adviser. Any decision to trade is yours alone. 2. No promise of results. Trading involves substantial risk. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with. Examples, charts and past results shown in class or in the app are for teaching only and do not predict future results. We never promise profits or income. 3. Who can attend. You must be 18 or older. Each ticket is for one named person. 4. Prices and tax. Prices are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. Your card issuer may apply a foreign exchange fee. GST or HST is added at checkout based on the province where the class takes place. Early-bird prices end at 11:59 p.m. local time, 30 days before classes in January and February and 60 days before all other classes. VIP seats are limited. The Mission Control Indicator is not included in any ticket. 5. Tickets and transfers. Tickets are name-based and cannot be resold. You can change the attendee name in your student app up to 48 hours before the class. We may refuse entry if the name and ID do not match. 6. Refunds. Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. 7. Changes to a class. We may change the venue, start time or instructor schedule if we need to. We will tell you as soon as possible. If we cancel or move your class to another date or city, you can choose a full refund or a free move. 8. Conduct. Please be respectful to staff and other students. We may remove anyone who is disruptive, unsafe or breaks venue rules, without a refund. 9. Recording and photos. Audio or video recording of the class is not allowed. We may take photos or video at the event for marketing. Tell staff at check-in if you do not want to appear. 10. Course materials. The binder, slides, app content and the Mission Control method belong to us. They are for your personal learning only. Do not copy, share, sell or teach them to others. 11. The indicator. The Mission Control Indicator is available only to lecture graduates and is sold through TradingView under TradingView's terms. Access is personal and may be removed if it is shared. 12. Your account. Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account. 13. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses or for indirect losses. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under provincial consumer protection law. 14. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms.
