Refund Policy
Version 3 · Updated Nov 2, 2026
[DRAFT for legal review. Not final until approved by our lawyer.]
The numbers on this page come straight from our live refund settings, so they always match what our system does.
1. Refund window. You can cancel and get a full refund up to 14 days before your event starts. After that, refunds are not available unless our staff approve an exception.
2. Card purchases. Use "Request cancellation" on your registration in the student app, or contact support. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show.
3. Orders paid fully with account credit. You can cancel these yourself in the student app up to 14 days before the event. Your credit comes back with its original expiry date.
4. Expired credit. If the credit you used has expired by the time your order is refunded, we give it back for 30 days so you can still use it. Credit that expired more than 30 days before the refund cannot be returned.
5. What a refund cancels. A full refund cancels every ticket and name badge on the order and frees the seat for the waitlist.
6. Ticket transfers. Tickets are name-based. You can change the attendee name from your student app up to 48 hours before the event.
7. Referral rewards. If a friend you referred is refunded or charges back their order, the reward you earned for them is reversed.
8. If we cancel or move your class. If we cancel a class, or move it to a different date or city, you can choose a full refund (including tax) or a free move to another date. This applies even inside the refund window.
9. No-shows. If you miss your class without cancelling, you can ask to move to a later date. We may allow this once, depending on seats.
10. The indicator. The Mission Control Indicator is sold by TradingView. Refunds for it follow TradingView's terms, not this policy.
11. Your rights. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of your province.
